Job Overview:

The Security Officer is responsible for the security and safety of the guests, employees and visitors, the security and control of CEG property and assets.  This position involves a high level of guest contact and customer service.  Requires working in conditions that may be loud and dirty.

POSITION TITLE – BAR ATTENDANT  

Job Overview:

The Bar Attendant shall serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, prepare and serve delicatessen and concession items for guests of our facility as well as to our team members serving our guests. Kitchen short order cooking. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the sale of retail items and racing programs.

POSITION TITLE - DUAL RATE SHIFT SUPERVISOR/DEALER

Job Overview:

Under the direction of the Poker Room manager, the dual rate supervisor is responsible for the operation of poker games in accordance with state gaming regulations and internal controls, policies and procedures. They will manage opening/closing procedures, rotate dealers, address questions or conflicts and supervise all games and tournaments. They will work in a dual roles as supervisor and dealer as needed.

POSITION TITLE - MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Overview:

The Maintenance Technician performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems, grounds, turf grass, pavements, walkways.

POSITION TITLE - CHIP RUNNER

Job Overview:

Under the supervision of the Poker Management, the Chip Runner interacts directly with Poker guests providing information, starting and maintaining games. The Chip Runner will also seat guests, provide chips to the Poker Dealers and guests, transport cash and chips to and from Poker Cage. The Chip Runner will also assist in the overall housekeeping of the Poker Room.
